Dead Man Ticketed For Not Moving Vehicle

59-year-old George Morales apparently died of a heart attack, according to his daughter, while sitting in his vehicle under an overpass in Queens, New York.

However, it wasn’t til the city tried to tow the vehicle that they found his badly decomposed body inside. Apparently, the vehicle had been sitting there for several weeks, and was covered in parking tickets and dust to prove it.

Jennifer Morales, George’s daughter, couldn’t understand how the police could continue to ticket the vehicle but not notice a body inside. She said she filed a report of her missing father back in May, but the police have no record of such a report.
